Full Refund for any booking cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. 50% Refund for any booking cancelled between 14 days prior to arrival and 29 days prior to arrival. No refund for any booking cancelled inside of 14 days. Any booking made, including bookings made within 30 days of arrival, will have 48 hours to cancel with a full refund provided. Mandatory Evacuation situations due to Hurricanes or Weather issues will receive a full refund for any unused days during the affected stay. Any bookings affected by the aftermath of a Natural Disaster will be refunded based on the standard policy as outlined above. If a guest elects to move a booking instead of pursue a refund under any of the outlined conditions, Rent My Beach Place will allow a move to an even priced nightly rate stay at the same condo or the guest can elect to pay the difference if the rate is higher.
